RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns
At HelicoGaming.gg, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received;
- Be unused and free from signs of wear or damage;
- Include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns should not be sent without prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A defective product;
- A damaged product;
- An incorrect item;
- A product with missing components;
please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return.
These include:
- Custom-built controllers;
- Personalized controllers;
- Products manufactured according to customer specifications;
- Products modified or customized at the customer's request;
- Digital products (if offered);
- Gift cards;
- Clearance or final-sale items where permitted by law.
Because custom controllers are produced specifically according to customer-selected configurations, such products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable European consumer protection regulations.
This does not affect your rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, configuration, or model, please:
- Submit a return request (if eligible);
- Return the approved product;
- Place a new order through HelicoGaming.gg.
European Union Consumer Right of Withdrawal
For eligible non-customized products delivered within the European Union, consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused;
- The item must be returned in its original packaging;
- The item must include all accessories and documentation;
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Custom-made and personalized products are generally excluded from this withdrawal right in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase;
- Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after approval;
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable except where required by law.
