# TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HELICOGAMING.GG ONLINE STORE

2. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, HELICOGAMING INTERNATIONAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ shall be referred to as “HelicoGaming”, “Seller”, “Store”, or “Company”.

## §2 General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules governing the use of the Store, the placement of orders, the conclusion of sales agreements, and the rights and obligations of customers and the Seller.
2. The Store offers products for sale throughout Europe, including European Union member states, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and other supported destinations.
3. Customers may include:
a) natural persons possessing full legal capacity;
b) entrepreneurs conducting business activities;
c) legal entities and organizational units possessing legal capacity;
